    Job Overview

    The Advertising Production Coordinator will coordinate the efforts of advertising print projects as they are processed through production, photography, and proofreading, creative and prepress departments. Responsibilities include project management and scheduling of both local and off-site relations with various account teams.

    Responsibilities

    The Advertising Production Coordinator is expected to:

    • Manage project timelines
    • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Interact with vendors to insure timely completion of projects
    • Communicate with account teams and/or vendors
    • Knowledge of the printing industry
    • Commercial printing and prepress processes
    • Resource and work load management
    • Send copy out for estimates and translations
    • Enter timesheets for temporary employees
    • Process invoices for payment for temporary employees

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • 4-year college education or equivalent
    • Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
    • 1-2 years’ experience in production coordination

     

    System Skills Required

    • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 

    Travel

    • Travel as required
    • Temporary assignments (out-of-town)
