    Ivie and Associates is looking for high performing individuals to relocate to our Ivie locations all across the U.S.  This position begins at our corporate office in Flower Mound, TX, networking with your local peers, learning marketing and advertising the Ivie-way and living the Ivie culture.  Then, you will tackle life outside of Texas working hand-in-hand with some of our top clients.

    The SOS Marketing Coordinator will be permanently relocated to one of our client locations or support teams across the U.S. to provide onsite support and ensure Ivie’s continued success. The SOS Marketing Coordinator is the first point of contact for Ivie clients. The primary role of the SOS Marketing Coordinator is to support critical marketing initiatives on behalf of Ivie and its clients.

     

    After a training period, successful SOS Marketing Coordinators go on to become Assistant Media Buyers, Advertising Production Coordinators, Account Coordinators, Print Specialists or other marketing-focused subject matter experts. SOS Marketing Coordinators work closely with all cross-functional Ivie teams as well as client decision makers while driving various marketing initiatives.

    The SOS Marketing Coordinator is expected to possess and exhibit clear and concise communications skills. The SOS Marketing Coordinator should develop awareness and a strong understanding of Ivie’s services and capabilities. He/she is expected to form an understanding of the client’s competition, client goals and processes, as well as daily procedures within the client team.

    Responsibilities

    The SOS Marketing Coordinator is expected to:

     

    • Provide marketing support
    • Act as a lead in supporting all Ivie operational processes
    • Perform internal department duties as assigned by Department Manager/Director
    • Complete project-specific tasks on multiple projects at one time
    • Coordinate multiple tasks and communicate with any necessary team members
    • Manage project schedule timelines
    • Track deliverables using appropriate tools
    • Maintain quality assurance, including attending press checks
    • Coordinate and participate in project meetings
    • Compile summary documents and distribute as needed
    • Additional responsibilities as directed by Ivie management

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    • 4-year college education or equivalent
    • Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
    • Understanding of retailing structure and operation

     

    System Skills

     

    Consistently demonstrate the ability to understand and use:

    • PC-based hardware/software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
    • Basic understanding of remote conductivity to communicate with corporate office from remote locations

     

    Relocation & Travel

    • Relocation to support one of our nationwide client support teams is a MUST
    • Additional travel as required by supervisor as needed
