Job Overview

The primary role of the Project Manager is to successfully manage Client relationship and their projects from inception through delivery on behalf of Client and Ivie.

Ivie & Associates expects that the Project Manager will act at all times to assure the highest level of ethics, professionalism and personal performance possible.  He or she will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Ivie & Associates, and will contribute his or her utmost to assist Ivie & Associates in achieving its stated goals. Ivie & Associates, Inc. expects that all employees, including the Project Manager, to fully support Ivie’s position/relationship with its Clients.

The Project Manager expectations:

• Develop and maintain positive and productive relationship with key Client contacts
• Possess in-depth understanding of Client’s business objectives and culture
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Actively participate in high-level meetings with Client’s leadership team
• Identify and solve process challenges
• Ability to juggle multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously
• Display positivity in all engagements 
• Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all projects under scope of responsibility
• Manage regular planning meetings and drive clarity through verbal and written confirmation
• Keep Ivie Management informed regularly of Client’s status
• Ability to form strong relationships with key Client contacts and Ivie internal team
• Ability to think strategically and tactically to meet Client’s needs, to improve current services or to deliver new services
• Ability to analyze and judge prospective projects, jobs and services for presentation to the Client
• Show good communication skills, verbally, non-verbally, and in writing
• Passion for Marketing/Communcitions
• Experience in Digital Marketing and/or agency experience a plus

Education and Experience

• 4-year college education or equivalent
• Ability to speak read and write in the English language
• 3+ years’ experience in retail advertising project management/coordination
• Agency and/or related retail advertising experience desired
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn proprietary software programs and systems utilized by Ivie or the Client

Travel

• Travel as required by Ivie Leadership
