Graphic Image, an Ivie Company, is a first-rate fulfillment company that specializes in the efficient production, storage, and fulfillment of operational and promotional marketing materials for the country's largest retailers.
The Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for completing activities related to the receiving, handling, transporting, storing, picking, and packing of inventory items as well as preparing them for shipment from the facility.

He or she will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Graphic Image, and will contribute his or her utmost to assist Graphic Image in achieving its stated goals. Graphic Image, Inc. expects that all employees, including the Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate, to fully support Graphic Image’s position/relationship with its Clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Use warehouse management software system to pick/pull orders. Includes using computers, scanners, and mobile tablets.
Read production schedule, customer order, work order, or shipping order to determine items to be moved, gathered, packed and/or distributed.
Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas as well as from storage to shipping area.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Pack items into boxes, envelopes, carriers, etc. efficiently as well as to limit damage during transit.
Ability to lift 10-20 pounds repetitively and on occasion up to 60 pounds.
If certified, operate forklift to move pallets/materials.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Extreme attention to detail.
Use software and/or applications to create labels and prepare items for shipment.
Accurately receive incoming inventory using proper procedures.
Ability to visual inspect incoming inventory for damage, verify counts and versions per item.
Other duties as assigned.
