Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Account Coordinator is to successfully manage client relationship and their projects from inception through delivery on behalf of client and Ivie.


The Sr. Account Coordinator serves as the key client contact and liaison between client and Ivie service teams. The Sr. Account Coordinator works with client to define project scope and deliverables, initiate projects and manage overall communication and workflow from inception to delivery.  This includes initiating and moderating project kick off meetings and aggressively driving the process to keep tasks and teams on track. This person should have a solid understanding of print processes and have the ability to communicate effectively with creative, support teams and client, be extremely organized, process driven and proactive.

Ivie & Associates, Inc. expects that all employees, including the Sr. Account Coordinator, to fully support Ivie’s position/relationship with its Clients. 


The Account Coordinator is expected to:

  • Possess an understanding of retailing structure and operation
  • Develop and manage project timelines and task list
  • Manage project timelines
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate services Ivie & Associates, Inc. provides to Client
  • Collect project specifications from the Client and accurately communicate those specifications to internal departments
  • Review creative material to ensure specifications match those estimated
  • Route creative material to the necessary departments for execution
  • Interact daily with client to insure timely completion of projects
  • Communicate with the clients’ executives, store directors and on-site advertising specialists
  • Possess knowledge of the production and printing industry
  • Attend meetings as directed by the Account Director of Manager
  • Assist in any other project assignments as approved through the Account Director or Manager


Education and Experience

  • 4-year college education or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
  • 2-4 years experience in retail advertising project management/coordination
  • Desire to continue education through trade shows, seminars, special courses, etc.
  • Understand retailing structure and operation
  • Have knowledge of circular production, direct mail, collateral and POS signage
  • Have knowledge of the production and printing industry 


System Skills Required

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with print project management software
  • Laser printing devices
  • Basic understanding of remote conductivity to communicate with Ivie headquarters
  • Ability to learn proprietary software


  • Travel as required
  • Temporary assignments (out-of-town)
