The primary role of the Digital Specialist is to successfully manage the Client relationship and their projects, from inception through delivery, on behalf of Client and Ivie.

He or she will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Ivie & Associates, and will contribute his or her utmost to assist Ivie & Associates in achieving its stated goals. Ivie & Associates, Inc. expects that all employees, including the Walmart Senior Project Manager, to fully support Ivie’s position/relationship with its Clients.
The Digital Specialist is expected to:
Have knowledge of industry trends and emerging web technologies
Layout, edit and/or publish or remove content and templates
Strong communication skills to write, edit and/or proof content as needed
UX and HTML familiarity as well as a base understanding of CMS
Coordinate and manage projects and requests with Walmart Project Owner and stakeholders to ensure optimal user experience for WalmartOne, Corporate Affairs managed external websites and other technology-focused properties ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope
Regular weekly status updates between Ivie and Digital Strategy and Brand Engagement team
Utilize project management internal tools to track and manage work
Lead discovery on requests to accurately plan projects, define project requirements and success
Handle multiple web projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
Manage requests between cross-agency partners
Support web and graphic requests
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging web technologies
Other projects related to publishing, as assigned - other projects including but not limited to onsite support as required or requested which could be outside of regular working hours (i.e. Shareholders, Annual Enrollment, earnings announcements, natural disaster events)
