Responsibilities

Job Overview

The primary role of the Fulfillment Coordinator (FC) is to manage the inventory items and products that make up the company’s fulfillment program it manages for several of its clients.  In this role, the FC will be responsible for understanding the products that make up each client’s fulfillment program, creating and maintaining them within the company’s warehouse management software, and coordinating the execution of client orders.   The role contains elements of two functions:

 

  • Fulfillment Project/Program Manager
  • Customer Service Representative

 

The FC is expected to learn and maintain knowledge of all aspects of Graphic Image fulfillment services and help refine the process to ensure exceptional customer service and accountability.

 

Graphic Image expects that the FC will act at all times to assure the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and personal performance possible.  He or she will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Graphic Image and will contribute his or her utmost to assist the company in achieving its stated goals. Graphic Image expects that all employees, including the FC, to fully support the company’s position/relationship with its Clients.

Job Requirements

When required, the FC must meet with Ivie/Graphic Image Client Teams and/or directly with Clients and exhibit a sense of professionalism and urgency and exude a confidence in being a representative for his/her category.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment item setup and ongoing maintenance of items in the company’s order and warehouse management system called Softeon
  • Coordination with internal and external parties to identify and gather data for items that will need to be set up in Softeon
  • Troubleshoot and work with Graphic Image Technology Services and/or Softeon representatives to identify and resolve system errors
  • Inventory Count verification & regular physical inventory audits at various warehouse locations
  • Fulfillment Billing (managing the data for monthly activity and generating the invoice info for the Accounting department to bill our clients)
  • Item Destruction Management (obtaining client approval and deleting items from the system)

 

 

 

Education and Experience

 

  • 2-4 year college degree or equivalent
  • Ability to speak, read and write in the English language
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment or related industry
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

 

 

System Skills

 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including an advanced level within Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with project management software systems
  • Experience with warehouse management software systems
  • Experience with digital and mobile communications (email, cell phone, remote server access, handheld tablets, etc.)

 

 

Travel

 

  • Travel as required
  • Temporary assignments (out-of-town)
