Graphic Image, Inc. expects that the Account Coordinator will act at all times to assure the highest level of professionalism and personal performance possible, will work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals set by Graphic Image, Inc. and will contribute his/her utmost to assist Graphic Image, Inc. in achieving its goals of being the best provider of printing and fulfillment services in the industry.

 

The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for performing all customer service and project management related activities at Graphic Image, Inc. according to the rules, policies, and work methods established by the company.

 

The AC is generally responsible for the achievement of the customer satisfaction goals of Graphic Image, Inc.  The AC is expected to:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives and manufacturing staff concerning customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and warehouse team on scheduling and shipping delivery requirements per customer requests.
  • Understand, document, and communicate customer requirements and specifications including quantity, quality, schedule, delivery requirements and any other details of importance to the customer.
  • Project manage, coordinate, and act as the subject matter expert on large weekly and/or monthly client programs.
  • Ability to work within several software programs to coordinate and execute client jobs/programs.
  • Deal with difficult customer situations and complaints professionally and successfully.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in the face of any and all pressure.
  • Compile and submit billing to customers.
  • Understand detailed characteristics of clients’ products.
  • Understand preferred job layouts, color combinations, and quality levels of clients’ products.
  • Understand and communicate effectively in regards to the print and fulfillment industries.

  • Demonstrate ability to handle many issues, items and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence.
  • Demonstrate the ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules.
  • Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to act on own initiative.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to take direction from superiors.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to seek suggestions from peers and employees.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to build and maintain positive relationships quickly and work in a team oriented environment.
  • Ability to work within PC Based hardware / software systems
  • Ability to work with all Microsoft Office products, including an advanced level within Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Education and Experience

 

  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 1 year in a client service oriented role

 

 

Travel

  • Travel as specified by supervisor
  • Temporary assignments (out-of-town) as specified by supervisor
